How to Clean and Disinfect a Bamboo Cutting Board
1. You will need coarse salt and a fresh lemon.
2. Cut the lemon in two and spread the juice on the board.
3. Spread a layer of salt on top of the cutting board. Use the lemon to rub on the board.
4. Wipe off the salt and the lemon juice with a paper towel. Allow it to air dry.
