For this waterproof treatment you need the water repellant treatment that comes in two spray can and scrap paper. Lay down the scrap paper outside and place the items you want waterproofed  on it. Shake the first can of Step 1: Base Coat for a full minute. You should hear the mixing ball rattle.

Apply two thin coats of Base Coat or more. Allow it to dry for a minimum of 30 minutes before applying Step 2: Top Coat. Shake the can of Top Coat for a minute. Apply coat of spray to the item. Allow this coat to dry for 1-2 minutes before applying the next top coat layer. Allow the item to dry for 12 hours before using it. Your items are now waterproof and protected.
