Does it cost anything to book?
Nothing at all. Booking, pickup, delivery and your quote are free. You pay only for the cleaning and any extras you approve, and if you decide not to go ahead once we’ve looked at your rug, we bring it back at no charge.
What if I don’t know my rug’s size or type?
No problem. Put a rough guess in the note box, or leave it empty, and we’ll check when we see your rug. A photo helps: text it to (416) 939-7571.
Do I have to send photos?
No, but they help us a lot. Text them to (416) 939-7571 with the rug’s dimensions, or add the size to the form, and we’ll reply before pickup with what to expect.
