At pickup, we move the furniture off the rug for you. You don’t even need to be home: leave the rug out and we’ll collect it. Just bear in mind that it’s in your care until we pick it up.
Off-site cleaning
A proper wash, away from your home
Rugs hold more than they show.
Fine grit settles at the base of the pile. Vacuuming lifts what’s on top, but not what’s underneath, and only a full wash gets out the dirt trapped between the fibres.
At our facility, your rug is looked over, washed to suit its fibres and dried right through.
Extra care
Help for stains, pets and wear
Mention it when you book, and we’ll look closely.
A stain, a pet accident or a worn patch may need more than a wash, and all three are things we deal with every week.
- Stains Spills like wine, coffee and food, treated as an extra step. About stains
- Pets Enzyme odour treatment for urine and the smell it leaves. About pet accidents
- Repairs Fringe, edges, holes and moth damage. About rug repair
Each extra treatment or repair is your call, explained before we do it.
Booking
Book in a few minutes
Online, or by phone if you’d rather talk.
No two homes are alike, and no two schedules either. Our pickup times are flexible to make your life easier, and a rough rug size is all we need to get started. Tell us anything you’ve noticed, like stains or loose fringe, and we’ll set a pickup time that suits you.
If you’d rather talk it through, give us a call about any of our cleaning services: (416) 939-7571. We’re happy to help.
Rug types
Rugs we clean for Etobicoke homes
From hand-knotted Persian rugs to easy-care synthetics, each one is checked before it’s washed.
Persian
Rich dyes and fine knots, given a gentle wash, fringe included.
Wool
Soft and hard-wearing, but it holds grit deep down and needs a thorough wash.
Cotton
Flat-weaves and natural cotton rugs, washed and dried with care.
Synthetic
Easy-care rugs from busy rooms, washed clean of everyday grime.
Not sure what your rug is? Most people aren’t. We check each rug before washing.

In your home
Carpet cleaning in your home
A separate service from rug washing.
Etobicoke is a real mix, from commercial strips to condos, townhomes and detached houses, and our equipment is set up for carpet cleaning in Etobicoke homes and condos of every kind.
In houses, our truck-mounted machine works with hotter water and stronger suction, which means a deeper clean and a faster dry.
Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning has very limited availability, so repeat customers come first. If you’ve been looking for carpet cleaners in Etobicoke and a spot opens up, after a cancellation for example, we can take new clients. To ask, call (416) 939-7571. About in-home carpet cleaning

Questions
Etobicoke rug cleaning questions
The questions we’re asked most often, answered the way we would on the phone.
Do you pick up from condos?
Yes. Just tell us about elevator booking, parking or loading rules when you book, and we’ll plan the pickup around them.
Is pickup free in Etobicoke?
Yes, anywhere in Etobicoke, both ways. Tell us when you book and we’ll plan a time that suits you. Decide not to go ahead after the inspection, and your rug comes straight back home.
How is the price worked out?
Cleaning is priced by the size of your rug, and extras such as stain treatment or enzyme odour treatment are agreed with you separately. Text us photos and the rug’s dimensions and we’ll reply with an estimate. What we agree on is what you pay, nothing more. How pricing works
Do you clean rugs in my home?
No. Your rug comes to our facility for a full wash and a thorough dry. Wall-to-wall carpet is different: we clean it in your home, as a separate service. About cleaning in your home
Can I book by phone?
Of course. Call (416) 939-7571, tell us about your rug, and we’ll set a pickup time together.
