In-home cleaning or rug cleaning?
Two different services, side by side.
In-home means exactly that, anywhere in Toronto and the whole GTA. Sectionals, sofas, dining chairs, mattresses and other furniture, wall-to-wall carpet, stairs and patio sets are all cleaned right where they are. House cleaning, naturally, happens in your home too.
Area rugs go the other way: they travel to our facility for a full wash and come home clean and dry. Pickup and delivery are free.
In-home carpet and upholstery cleaning rely on steam cleaning equipment for a deep clean. Its proper name is hot-water extraction: hot water (not steam) and a cleaning solution go into the fibres, and strong suction pulls the dirt back out along with the water. Most carpet and furniture visits follow four steps:

Where you live decides which machine we bring.
Our in-home upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning use professional steam equipment. In houses that means the truck-mounted machine, which cleans deeper still: it stays outside, and only the hoses come in.
In condos and apartments, we bring powerful portable equipment instead. Access is never a problem: we can reach any unit, whatever floor it’s on.
Both machines clean the same way, by hot-water extraction. House cleaning is a different visit, and all the equipment and supplies come with us at no extra cost.

Every home has a spot that gets more wear than the rest, often everybody’s favourite seat. We clean the worst area first and show you the result. If you’re not happy with it, we stop there and you pay nothing.
The promise covers furniture and upholstery, patio furniture included, as well as wall-to-wall carpet, stairs and stair runners. Rayon and viscose are excluded. Not sure what your sofa is made of? Look for its tag, which usually lists the fabric.
You’ll get honest advice and zero pressure. If a piece only needs a good vacuum, we’ll say so.

Every home is different, so mention any pets, stains or delicate fabrics when you call. Have photos? Text pictures of the stains, or of the fabric tag, to the same number and we’ll take a look.
One thing to know about in-home carpet cleaning: wall-to-wall carpet, stairs and truck-mounted cleaning have very limited availability, and repeat customers come first. When a spot opens up, after a cancellation say, we can take new clients, so it’s worth asking.

How much does in-home cleaning cost?
It depends on what needs cleaning, its size, the fabric and any stains. Estimates are free: call (416) 939-7571, or text us photos. You’ll know the price before we start.
Do you take anything away to clean it?
No. Carpet, sofas, chairs and patio furniture are all cleaned where they are. Area rugs are the only thing we take away, and their pickup and delivery are free.
Can new customers book carpet cleaning?
Sometimes. Our carpet availability is very limited, so repeat customers come first for wall-to-wall and stair carpet. New clients can get a spot after a cancellation, or when one opens up. Call (416) 939-7571 to ask.
Can you get a pet smell out of my sofa or carpet?
On sofas and chairs, we clean urine stains, and our enzyme treatment helps and often takes the smell away. Smell is personal, though, so we can’t promise it. On wall-to-wall carpet we can deodorize, but again, we can’t promise the smell will be gone.
How long does drying take?
Our equipment pulls most of the water back out, which keeps drying time short. Furniture generally takes 2 to 8 hours to dry completely. For carpet, the room, the weather and the carpet itself all play a part, so we’ll give you an idea on the day.
