What sets your rug cleaning cost
The bigger the rug, the more there is to clean.
A bigger rug takes more work, so it costs more to clean. A regular wash is priced on size, and extras are separate.
When you book, text us photos and the rug’s dimensions, and we’ll reply with an estimate. The price is confirmed once we’ve measured the rug.
Not sure of the size? Measure the longest side and the shortest side. A rough number will do, since we measure every rug when it arrives.

Some rugs need more than a wash. No two stains or repairs are quite the same, so we price that work after we’ve looked at your rug.
When nobody has tried cleaning it first, virtually all stains come out completely.* Our enzyme odour treatment comes with a promise, on any type of rug, whatever the smell.*
We only recommend what your rug genuinely needs. Each extra is your decision to make, and we’ll say so when one isn’t worth it.

How much does rug cleaning cost in Toronto?
The rug cleaning cost depends on the size of the rug, because cleaning is priced by the square foot. Pickup and delivery are free. Extras, like stain treatment or enzyme odour treatment, are added only if your rug needs them and you say yes. Text us the size and a photo at (416) 939-7571, and we’ll send you an estimate.
How much does it cost to clean an 8×10 rug?
An 8×10 rug is 80 square feet. Once we know the size and the type of rug, we can give you its cleaning price. Mention any stains or smells too, so the estimate covers everything.
Is HST included in your prices?
No. Our prices and estimates are before HST, which is added to your bill.
How is the price worked out?
Cleaning is priced by the size of your rug. Extras such as stain treatment, enzyme odour treatment and repairs are agreed with you once we’ve inspected it, and what we agree on is what you pay.
Can I get a price before I book?
Yes. Text photos and the rug’s dimensions to (416) 939-7571, or add the size to the booking form, and we’ll reply with an estimate. You’re welcome to call, too. We confirm the price once we’ve measured your rug.
Do you charge for pickup or delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are free everywhere we serve, and so is your quote. If you decide not to go ahead once we’ve looked at your rug, we bring it back free of charge.
What if you find something new once my rug is unrolled?
We always call you. If you still want a regular wash, its price doesn’t change, and a charge you never agreed to is never yours to pay. You decide.
Does every stain cost extra?
Not always. Plenty of everyday marks come out in a regular wash, so we often suggest starting there and seeing how it goes. Silk and viscose are the exception: viscose stains almost always need stain treatment, and silk stains usually do. Stain treatment is priced on its own, like enzyme odour treatment, and we only go ahead with your OK.
